It is located in nature. There are three rooms, 1st-Two bedroom cottage with kitchen,fireplace and bath. 2nd-New rooftop cottage with kitchen and bath. Himalaya and nature view from rooftop. From here you can go on daily hikes between villages, temples, mountains, Eco park, watch birds and listen to them from the balcony.
Joshicottage "Birding paradise" (Binsar)There are very few places to stay actually inside the wonderful Binsar Wildlife Sanctuary - but this idyllic spot is one of them. In the village of Dalar, which has only ten families and no road access, Santosh Joshi and his family have created two simple but well-appointed guest houses, one sleeping 4 and the other 2. Each guest house is self-contained, with kitchen, sitting room, and bedrooms, running hot and cold water, modern wc, and electricity.
