Great bakery located just of the main road towards the beach right at the Rio Mar Resort sign once you turn left and leave the main highway to go towards the beach.
They serve late breakfast and also have a good lunch menu
5 minute drive from apartment complex. Also note that there is a "colmado"right next to this bakery where you can get the basics . ice, beer, liquor, eggs, bread.
