Brian & Stacey's Guidebook If you are staying in Paso Robles to experience some wineries, here are a few wineries we’ve enjoyed: Calcareous Winery—for the view, Cass Winery—for lunch with wine pairing, Tablas Creek, and DAOU Vineyards all have great views as well. For breweries I would definitely check out Firestone Brewery. You can do tastings, tours, and eat in the Tap Room. We have listed some great restaurants and sights to see and a link to a local “Things To Do” list! Also there is cute spot called Tin City where you’ll find wineries, breweries, and a cider house in an area where you can walk place to place. Everything is in Tin buildings and it’s a cool spot! Everyone’s favorite brewery there is Barrelhouse!! You can sit outside, play outdoor games and they have live music on the weekends and different food trucks every day!
