I regularly do this hike with friends! It isn't difficult, but it can be strenuous at time. Budget anything from an 1.5 hours to up to 4 hours to enjoy this spectacular footpath and the incredible views of Cape Town.

Creating an account on DinePlan is free and easy. It also allows you to view and manage your bookings, pay for deposits for bookings etc.
