Getting Around
About a mile from the village, but good links by train to York, Harrogate and beyond to Leeds. No ticket machine on the platform but tickets can be purchased on the train. There is a manual level crossing that is closed a few minutes prior to the train arriving, but the station can still be reached by going around via the signposts to Kirk Hammerton and then taking the first left and left again back to the station car park.
