This little walk from the South end of Manly Beach to Shelly beach (where you can snorkel because it is sheltered) is a must do while staying in Manly. It is nearly flat and there is a small pool in the middle of the walk (with shower, toilet and change rooms). there is a restaurant/coffee shop in the middle and also in Shelly Beach.
It takes about 15 min one way.
