Nice little hidden gem of a waterfall. Take a walk (2 km or so) starting at Caldas de Reis following the river upstream and take a swim in the ponds below the waterfall. Unforgettable!

Beautiful natural reserve, with quite a few kilometres of pathways and lots of very different, small beaches. Great to spend a quiet afternoon on the southernmost beaches with the family. Arrive early if the weather's nice.
