Moalboal is famous for the sardine shoal that shelters on the edge of the coral reef at Panagsama beach. It is a must see in Moalboal! Simply rent a snorkel for just 100 pesos at reception, head down to Panagsama, and get in the water anywhere you like. Turtles are a common sight especially during high tide.
