Lauza opened in early 2018 in Bordeaux's culinary hot spot, Rue du Hâ. They use local and organic produce, including our veg and fruit and pork, and have already gained fantastic reviews for the quality of food and service.

There is a theatre shop, and a Michelin starred restaurant, le Quatrième Mur, run by a famous French chef, Philippe Etchebest, attached.
