Bring your groceries and prepare to do all of your cooking
Our cottage is the perfect "up north getaway" to unwind and have a true cottage experience. You will want to stop at the nearby store and pick up all of your groceries for your vacation time. Our surrounding area is remote and not ideal for people who wish to go out to eat and experience a night life. It is perfect for those looking to stay at the property and enjoy the beautiful view and water life! We have a very nice kitchen to do all of your cooking as well as a BBQ grill. You will be able to eat your meals inside or outside on the expansive deck.

No Wake times on the lake
Big Star lake has times that you can go fast on your jet skis and boats. 11:00am-7:30pm. There is a no wake policy prior to 11:00am every morning and after 7:30pm every night.

Don't miss the wildlife!
When sitting on the deck early in the morning with your coffee, watch for our loon families! The loons are entertaining for sure, you will see eagles, wood peckers, ducks and other birds. Listen for the bull frogs at night!
