Xerokampos is a nice seaside place to visit with many beaches. One of them is the Argilos beach where you can find natural white clay on the rocks of the beach and use it on your body.

The main beach of Sitia may be located next to the port, however it is crystal clear (always awarded with a blue flag), organized and attracts a large number of bathers who do not want to leave the city. The beach has sand and pebbles, is fully organized with sunbeds and umbrellas, water sports and canteens, while in some places it is shallow, ideal for families.

Sitia is a coastal town built amphitheatrically in eastern Crete in the prefecture of Lassithi. It is located just 5 km from Artist Stone House. Here you can find the Archaeological Museum, the castle fortress or (Casa di arma) and the Folklore Museum. In addition, here you can find supermarkets, ATMs, many restaurants to taste the local cuisine, traditional cafes called rakadika, cocktail bars and clubs, most of them in front of the port.
