Walks and activities
The wild and unpopulated Exmoor National Park is on our doorstep and is a must visit place.... visit the lovely Exmoor town of Dulverton, take a walk to Tarr Steps or Haddon Hill. You'll see Exmoor ponies, beautiful heather and gorse covered moor and views as far as Dartmoor. Wimbleball Lake is also worth a visit - lovely walks, a tea shop and visitors centre as well as kayaks and sailing boats for hire. A book of Exmoor walks can be found in the Little House - our favourite walk is along the River Barle from Simonsbath
