4wd or AWD Vehicles for December-March
The home is located in the San Juan National Forest. The road can be snow packed from December to March. 4wd or AWD vehicles are required during this time. The HOA does provide year round snow removal on the neighborhood roads. Please reach out to me about road conditions before your visit.
