More upscale, but worth the price for great food and drink and the atmosphere is beautiful. Plus, it's in the middle of the River Market district in downtown which is where the fun is!

This is Bill Clinton's Presidential Library. It's a very interesting place to visit and has a great restaurant on the bottom floor with a great patio dining area overlooking the Arkansas River.
