This little bakery is a locals favorite for a quick meal of pastries or sandwiches. Breakfast and lunch sandwiches are made to order using breads that are freshly baked each morning. An Artisan baguette with some nice cheese, salami and olives from Ouray Meat and Cheese and a nice bottle of wine from Ouray Liquor makes the perfect combination! Gluten free options available. Baguettes are available for purchase at the bakery and Ouray Grocery. Be sure to get one early because they go fast!

Dinner reservations
I highly recommend making reservations for dining especially during the summer months if you plan on eating at The Outlaw, Brickhouse 737 or Bon Ton. Dinner reservations should be made at least a week prior. My favorite picks are Artisan for breakfast, Mojo's for coffee, Ouray Brewery for Lunch and Colorado Boy or Brickhouse 737 for dinner.
