Around Morland
Gardens: Yard games including Bocce Ball, Cornhole, and croquet are available and most are stored in behind the staircase in the Boy’s House. Cornhole is stored in the garage and we’re happy to pull it out for you if you’d like!
There is also a bathroom and shower in the bathhouse near the beach and the hammock. Feel free to use them post-pool or river.
In addition to yard games, we invite you to wander, picnic, and have a cup of coffee/ glass of wine in any of the gardens and seating areas. Depending on the time of year, we’re growing fresh vegetables, herbs, figs and concord grapes and you’re welcome to pick whatever you’d like during your stay!

2 kayaks and 1 paddleboard are stored underneath the upper deck pavilion and available for use (Lock code is 3616). Fishing poles and tackle are also available upon request if you’d like to use them.

The woods: I love taking walks down the driveway in the morning, and occasionally veering off path to explore. While we don’t have any cut trails (yet), the woods are relatively easy to navigate and we’ve marked a path from the vineyard to one of our pull-offs on the drive. If you decide to take a hike, please wear long pants and good shoes…and be ready to see deer, wild turkey, and other wildlife along the way!
