Sightseeing
There are many trails in the park. Check out the map in the parking lot for mileage and difficulty(ones online can be confusing).
My favorite is a short walk from here. At the intersection of Discovery Way and Discovery View turn left(south) and walk to the end where the park trail begins about two blocks down. You will see a trail on the left which leads to an overlook, very private and gorgeous. Total walk - about a mile round trip.

This park borders Miller Peninsula State Park. Parking for two, three cars. Easy walk on well maintained trail leads to beach access , opportunity to wander along quiet shoreline.

One of the best courses around. Free to all. Bring your own discs and enjoy the challenging holes under tall timber.

Ok I am easily amused but I love looking for the trolls everywhere as I drive by. Road also leads to Gardiner Beach boat ramp and lovely bay views, as well as the Gardiner Beach road leads right back to Highway 101.

Troll Haven

Challenging hike round trip , but Voice of America park is home to variety of birds, wildlife which will be accompanying your walk as far as you are comfortable. Small fee.
