This is my cheers. It's the neighborhood brewery and my absolute favorite in the city (followed VERY closely by Red Bear). It's only a 7 minute walk and tucked away in my wonderful neighborhood. They are super friendly and it's just the laid back environment one needs to enjoy a crisp, well made beer.

My absolute favorite distillery in DC! The second distillery to open in DC since prohibition (I used to work at the first one for 6 years, and I wouldn't recommend that place anymore, as it's no longer a local company). Don Ciccio has amazing Italian spirits that I always keep in my home bar. Amaro is my favorite and the owner (from Italy) knows what he's doing. They offer free tastings and the cocktail game is perfection.

This is my favorite distillery in the area. The vibe, the spirit and the space is very inviting. You walk up the stairs and then magically stay for 5 hours. A definite must see while you are visiting.
