City/town information
Savoy is the ending part of the tri-cities that locals refer to as "Chambanavoy" (Champaign-Urbana-Savoy). Savoy is just a few miles away from my house, but has a great bowling alley, mini golf course, roller skating rink, shopping, and many local eateries!

Sightseeing
Parking is free on the weekends in Champaign, so why not park at one of the best parks in town, that is within a short walk of the downtown Champaign scene? Also the #1 spot for Pokemon Go players!

Local Stores + Newly Remodeled Kitchen = Savings!
Meijer, Walmart, and Harvest Market are close by. Rather than eating out during your entire stay, take advantage of my newly remodeled kitchen! I have any pans, utensils, etc you could need, so save money and buy supplies at the store and make home cooked meals instead!

Comfortable shoes = comfortable stay!
Many of my guests like to visit the surrounding areas while they are staying, there is a park directly across the street, but an even better park (Blair Park) about a half a mile walk away, that the city is making a major remodel to! I highly recommend bringing a pair of comfortable walking shoes so you can keep your feet happy while you visit everywhere this town has to offer!

Parking!
Both Champaign & Urbana (including Campus) have free parking most weekends (or at least on Sundays!). Check the meters & mobile meter website prior to paying unnecessarily!
