The little town of Gettysburg is great to walk around with with cute shops everywhere and restaurants, and there is an outlet stores for great shopping. You can walk around the battlefields of the Civil War.

This is an incredible place to visit. All along the mall are the Smithsonian museums which are all free. There is the natural history museum, art museum, space and science museum, American history museum, among many others. The White House and the capital or also located on the mall along with several monuments.
