Christopher Columbus Discovery Monument (History landmark)
It's believed that when Christopher Columbus "discovered" Puerto Rico in 1493 he arrived through the shores of our beautiful town. A monument was build to conmemore it but the original was toppled by the 1918 earthquake and rebuilt in 1937. You can visit it at anytime is an open space. Saturday’s and some Sundays there are Artisans with a lot of Puerto Rican beauties to sell and food in this spot.
