Such a fun bar to check out and explore, The original “Ice Plant” building dates back to 1927, an experience like no other in Florida. It is complete with the original bridge crane on rails overhead the bar. The crane was used to pick up huge blocks of ice to then be broken down and sold to local customers and the shrimp boats.
The Ice plant bar is attached to the St Augustine Distillery where they give free tours and great tastings daily!

I love this place's tacos, they are incredibly tasty and very affordable. Their St Augustine Datil Pepper taco is my favorite! Great location to pick up lunch if you are driving to Anastacia Island and the parks there.

This location has some short hiking trails and a museum dedicated to the Lighthouse built in the 1800s that is iconic to the city of St Augustine and guest can climb the spiral stairwells to the top of the lighthouse for amazing views of the city. There are also exhibits such as local boat building on site at the museum as well as a small gastropub.

A beautiful park near the house that's great for a short walk through the wooden boardwalk over the marshes to see where once stood Fort Mose, a settlement founded around 250 years ago by previously enslaved Africans who escaped their confinements and made a perilous journey to Florida for their freedom.
