Walking is usually fastest/easiest
Traffic can be pretty challenging in downtown Seattle, especially during rush hour…it’s often faster to just walk. It is also easy to catch the bus (many stops close by, especially along 3rd Ave), light rail (closest station is Westlake, a 10-minute flat walk), and the monorail (runs only between Westlake and Seattle Center, either of which is a flat 10-minute walk away). Easiest place to have a ride share car pick you up is at the shuttle stop in front of the parking lot next to the building.
