Hamworthy park, literally right on our doorstep, is a 10 minute walk away, providing a large enclosed play area with large paddling Poole for younger children. Also a beach and a lovely café you could spend the whole day there. We recommend you walk as parking is limited

Festivals
Poole is a hub for festivals. Dates vary each year but it is worth looking out for The Chilli festivals, The seafood Festival which is free. The Thai festivals, Bournemouth and Poole. Poole Harbour festival which includes live music, original and tribute bands and DJ’s, plus food stalls. The Bournemouth Air show is a must! Also live music on the quay every weekend. Harry Paye day is great for anyone interested in the Pirate life 🏴☠️ Poole Lighthouse has many shows, plays and concerts all year round, also many childrens events.
