This Beach Bar, on El Saladillo Beach is very close to Casa la Concha. It's perfect for lunch, dinner, snacks and drinks. It also has sun loungers for rent if you want to spend the day at the beach. Often you can also have a massage on the Saladillo beach in the summer months.

City/town information
Around Casa la Concha there are many typically Spanish villages and places that are a lot of fun to visit. The ones below are my favourites.
Benahavis is a beautiful inland, whitewashed town in one of the most mountainous areas ionly a small drive away. It offers some remarkable and picturesque views. The town is typical of these Moorish routes, narrow and winding back streets ending in town squares.

Estepona is one of the most family-friendly destinations in Spain. Its whitewashed old town's many cobblestoned streets are traffic-free, making it perfect for exploration on foot. The town has 17 beaches lining its 21-km-long coastline, many of which have lifeguards on duty during the summer. It's a place of year-round sunshine, it's no surprise that it attracts plenty of travellers looking to enjoy a winter sun holiday.

This quaint Spanish village agreed to be painted blue as a marketing stunt but found that they preferred it that way.

To visit Marbella is to have the chance to enjoy one of the most charming cities on the entire Costa del Sol. As well as the beaches, sun, leisure and luxury yachts, there are many more things to see in Marbella. Marbella's old town which has preserved its Andalucian village charm can be enjoyed alongside local bars, archaeological remains evoking its Arab past and natural spaces still to be discovered. A cosmopolitan place that is visited by numerous famous people, and that offers you endless things to see and do!

One of the most spectacular bridges of Spain dividing the picturesque town over a massive canyon. Also an old bullring can be visited here, and there are many lovely hiking trails.

Surfers from all over the world come to this surfers paradise located it the most southern part of Spain. But there is much more to enjoy next to surfing: a charming Spanish village centre with Arabic influences, beautiful white beaches with Roman ruins nearby (on playa Bolonia), the beautiful national parc Alcornocales and the best place for spotting whales and dolphins in Europa in the street of Gibraltar.

Bezienswaardigheden
Crossing the border from Spain to the UK at Gibraltar is certainly a special experience. This slice of Britain in Spain is interesting enough, but scratch a little deeper and there’s a fascinating history to uncover, too. Don’t miss the caves or the wild apes den while you’re on what locals fondly call ‘The Rock’.

Puerto Banús is the jewel in Marbella’s crown. It is located to the west of the city, just before San Pedro de Alcántara. Puerto Banús is the coolest marina on the Iberian Peninsula and one of the most famous on the European continent.
Since its opening in 1970, which was attended by personalities of the stature of the Monaco royal family, it was clear that this port would be one of the favourites of the rich and famous. It is almost impossible to walk its streets without taking a photo next to a super elegant yacht, or even a world famous actor. It is also the perfect place for shopping, since it is one of the fashion world’s hotspots. Here you will find boutiques of the like you would find in Milan. Of course, if you like shopping, this port will meet all your needs.

Ideal place for families with kids. Mundo Mania is the Costa del Sol's biggest indoor and outdoor play centre. The outdoor play area is a firm favourite with it’s magical water splash park, trampolines, multi sports pitches, small toddler play area and regular foam parties! There is also plenty of seating with shaded areas and outdoor bar serving drinks and food. If you wish to escape the sun then there are also indoor activities for kids including ball parks, soft play and table games.

Hiking
This Marbella promenade is a path surrounded by palms, stylish restaurants and the Mediterranean Sea. My advice is to walk from Marbella to Puerto Banus. It's a beautiful 7 kilometre hike along the sea, many beach bars and the most beautiful beaches. I'm sure that after the walk, you will enjoy even more to have a refreshment in Puerto Banus, one of the symbols of the city. In this port you can also take the fly blue catamaran to sail you back to the Puerto Deportivo of Marbella old town. From april until november this catamaran sails to both ports every hour for 15 euros. Another wonderful way to enjoy the Marbella coastline!
