A short ferry ride from the foot of Yonge St lands you on Toronto’s Centre Island which is actually a group of several islands connected by charming bridges and canals. Brimming with trees and green space and spotted with marinas and boats it is a favourite refuge for locals and tourists alike. Centerville is popular with children and provides rides, food, a very cool splash pad and even farm animals! Also provides some of the best views of the city.
