The centre is cashless apart from needing a £1 coin or shopping token for the lockers.
At time of writing it’s £6 per swim and £10 for gym ( adult prices)

If you are taking the car it can be quieter to travel to Redruth and avoid the busy city centre on a wet afternoon or evening! It’s about 10-15 mins and it’s my favourite cinema.

It’s worth a visit here in the rain to do create and paint pottery. Fun activity for adults and kids alike. There’s a restaurant and gold factory too. Drive on 5 more minutes and watch the waves at Portreath

Another national trust place. This one has a small house and other bits that are under cover. A good tea rooms and they often let the children try on armour etc . It’s over near Newquay so you could team it with a drive to watch the waves .

Although a lot of the park is outdoors they do have an indoor play zone with slides and soft play . There’s a younger section as well as a bit the older ones will enjoy. There are other parts of the park that can still be enjoyed if it’s raining.

Whist not a cheap day out, the hydrothermal experience at St Michael's Resort and Hotel in Falmouth is a wonderful way to spend a rainy day. There are several options to choose from including spa treatments and lunch or afternoon tea. It's adults only but the resort also has a health club with a great pool that my children enjoy. The health club pool is much cheaper if it's just a swim with great facilities you are after. Falmouth is about 30 mins from The Milestone with great shops and restaurants and three excellent beaches.
