The most southern part of the park begins at the bottom of Atlantic Avenue, which is about a 1 mile walk from the house, and stretches up to scenic Dumbo where you will find tons of restaurants + Jane's Carousel. In the neighborhood on Dean st. between Bond and Hoyt there is a wonderful woman who opens up her carriage house that is full of gorgeous vintage in very good condition and it becomes a shop! She makes chalk signs on the sidewalk. Her hours are usually Sat+ Sun 11-4, definitely worth checking out!!
