Top 5 Free Fun for Kids 1. Visit the Kendall-Whittier Farmers Market Saturday's mornings. There's a kids activity booth and freebies from many vendors, like a flower, cookie, or gummies! 2. Stop by nearby Owen Park and feed the ducks. They love visitors! 3. Visit any of the play areas at The Gathering Place. Then hang around for movies or activities on the lawn in the evening. 4. Visit First Friday downtown for free music, arts, and activities for the family. 5. Try put the downtown Central Library for games, architecture, books and a coffee bar.
