I've been to several most famous Steam Pork Dumpling places in Shanghai. This place beats them all in terms of quality, price , comfort and service. Don't go there in rush hours such as lunch time. Go there before 11:30am or after 3pm. Only get their most signature dishes and leave. Crystal Jade La Mian Xiao Long Bao http://ifc.com.hk/en/mall/shop/crystal-jade-la-mian-xiao-long-bao/

Sightseeing

I love hiking. This is my biased opinion. Best to go to the Peak at night. However, getting down could be problematic as usually overly-crowded, taking 1 hour to wait in the line. I suggest you to walk down, taking around 25 minutes and enjoy the scenery of the super-rich high end residential district in the world. I prefer to hiking there both ways. (30 min each way), it isn't too steep, normal walking shoe will fit the job. No high heel please. (save money and time) BEST SCENERY: 1) Findlay Road Road/Trail and Lion's Pavilion, a comfortable path and most breathtaking scenery HK could offer, every angle, turn and corner in the trail re-cementing your Hong Kong moment, without the CROWD. 2) Balcony of Burger King in Peak Tower. 3) Two observation deck near top level Peak Galleria. Upon your return from your trip and "workout", you will pass by my apartment, where you can take a shower and head out for a vibrant night scene in my area. Quick, easy and cheap Take this bus to the peak. http://www.hk-victoria-peak.com/bus-15-peak.html#.V7sVXZMrIUE Luggard Trail. Walk as long as you like. Walk down back to my place (Old Peak Road). 30 mins

Getting Around

My place is only 3 minutes walk to Central Subway Station. It couldn't be more Central than Central.
