Parks & Nature
The Islands are a must when visiting Cannes.
Choose Ile Sainte Marguerite or Ile Saint Honorat (my favorite) with a short ferry trip from Cannes commercial port.
Walk around through the forest and find a spot on the beach for a picnic and a swim in turquoise blue water.
Or go visit the Monastery and have lunch with their locally produced white wine.

There are walking paths around the Cap d'Antibes on the sea front, really amazing views.
I recommend to start from Antibes old town with a quick French breakfast by the market, get some food for a picnic and go to the best bakery "Veziano" to order "Pissaladiere" and bread.
From there walk towards the beach "la Salis" and then up to the lighthouse "La Garoupe". A different way down will lead you to the beach front and walk the coast all the way to Juan les pins. Dont forget your swimming suit and before Juan les pins, have a swim on "La plage des ondes".
Finish the day with a cocktail in "Pam Pam", the iconic Brazilian Rhum bar in Juan Les Pins and then you can easily walk back to Antibes through the "chemin des sables" or take a bus back to your car or even Uber back there!
Thats a 4hours walk not including stops.
