Bristol Zoo is a lovely place to visit if you have kids. What makes it extra special is that they have a wide variety of animals, plus plant of space to relax on the grass, eat and so on, all in a space that doesn't take too long to get around. There is also an adult high wire / tree top adventure course (for older kids too) which looks great fun though we've not been on it, YET!
