Sandbanks is the largest Baymouth Barrier dune formation in the world. It is made up of three expansive sandy beaches that many say are amongst the most beautiful in Canada. Outlet beach is perfect for families, with shallow waters and a gentle drop off. There are also walking trails that allow you to experience the dune and wetland habitats of the park.

The Maison Depoivre Art Gallery has an interesting collection of artwork focused primarily on the work of local artists. The gallery space is in the unique location of an historic military barracks which is turning into a cultural hub in the County. Vincent and Christophe who run the gallery have been central to this growth.
