A trip into Tulum is definitely worth it. I would recommend going EARLY in the day to avoid crowds at the ruins. Take your bathing suit- you can swim in the ocean beneath the ruins.

There is a Super Walmart walking distance from the condo. You can quite literally get ANYTHING here. Food, alcohol, electronics, clothing, etc. VERY convenient!!
