We like the coffee there and they have light meals up to mid-afternoon - one of our favourite places. Nice views of the beach - but you get lovely views from our place already :) Several other cafes around - Archie's between charcoal chicken and Rutty's Real Estate, Novotel and another on the beach across Cliff Rd. (You can hire bicycles at the Novotel)

Sightseeing
Nice views along the coast in both directions, coastal scenery, lighthouse. It's a nice walk along the coastal walkway (next to Cliff Rd) from our place. If you just want to walk one way, you can catch the free bus 55A, 55B, 55C back.
Further afield, there is the seabridge at Coalcliff to the north and the Kiama blowhole to the south (best when there's a big swell). The area around the Lake Illawarra entrance is also quite nice, though about 15km away. Worth a stop if you're heading to Kiama.
