The service was appalling the last time I went there. They ignored us for over 30 mins. There was no one in the bar or dining room to give them excuses for being busy . The owner walked by us many times . No words to say . It was a birthday lunch . Ruined the day . Jane the owner ought to be ashamed .Service and recommendations are what Margate is built on . And why I do so well .
