To really get a feel for the culture and history of Quebec, we highly recommend a trip to the City of Quebec. Visit the citadel and the plans of Abraham for history, shop rue du Petit Champlain, have a coffee break at Chateau Frontenac and finish the day with a nice meal in one of the numerous reatuants in the old town.
