This is the most vibrant and bustling street in the heart of Cape Town. Daytime is great, but it truly comes alive at night. The top part of Long Street consists of many great restaurants, bars, clothing stores, take ways, pool bars, lounges and cafe's to name but a few, and this also spills over into Kloof Street - Another very popular street with a similar make up. They are both fun day or night.
(Warning: Hold close your valuables - Phones, wallets, bags. Unfortunately there are gangs of street kids that target tourists in the form of Pick Pocketing. Be vigilant. Uber there at night especially and back. Parking can be a challenge)
