Carters cottage on farm with lots of space

In the lower courtyard is Carter’s cottage, our smallest cottage, comprising a double bedroom, a wet-room style bathroom with toilet and shower and an open plan kitchen/living area (sofa bed) all on one floor. Entrance is via a paved terrace and there is access to the gardens beyond. The facilities in this cottage include a dishwasher, toaster, fridge, TV and DVD player, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. There is a large communal garden area shared by all cottages, but it is a very big garden.

The Swallows :A cosy cottage in the countryside.

The Swallows is all on the ground floor. It has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a family bathroom, kitchen and living room ( with sofa bed). The kitchen is spacious with a Rayburn which keeps it cosy when enjoying you meal round the table. There is a wood burner in the living room with patio doors to the garden. It has an enclosed garden with plenty of parking. We are midway between the market towns of Buckingham and Brackley, and close to Silverstone, Bicester, Oxford and Milton Keynes.

The Stables cottage. Beautiful countryside views

The Stables is a single story stone barn conversion. It has two en-suite bedrooms and open plan living space. There is a shower in one en-suite and a shower over bath in the other. The living space has two sofas and an open plan kitchen looking over the fields. The farm is a working arable farm with all of the cottages set on a courtyard with the farmhouse. There is a large communal garden area shared by all cottages, but it is a very big garden.
