Originally a family home that has been passed down from generation to generation. Tastefully modernised for a more luxurious stay. Its a unique experience, stepping back in time to stay within a traditional Hebridean Black house but with modern amenities. Over looking west side coast of Lewis. Unfortunately not wheelchair friendly.

Tigh Phadruig (built in 1956) has been modernised with all modern conveniences. The ground floor consists of a large kitchen/diner, sitting room, family shower room and double bedroom. Upstairs there is a further double bedroom, twin room, washroom with toilet and washbasin. Ample parking is available at the house. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful and Sundays are particularly quiet as local shops etc are closed.

Lovely new modern cottage in rural crofting community west coast of the Isle of Lewis, Scotland, UK. It is situated in a quiet neighbourhood. The gaelic language is spoken in the village. There is a Harris Tweed mill in the village. There are lots of lovely sandy beaches near the cottage, one within a 10 to 15 minute walk depending on your ability. Other lovely beaches within a short driving distance from cottage.
