We are 4 mi. south of I-70 by Sherwood Lake. Use GPS; the roads can be confusing, mostly coming from the east. King-sized bed with a Memory foam topper & plenty of pillows. The bathroom is next door to the room, yours exclusively during your stay (except for our two dogs who use it to access the backyard). There is a fan, coffee maker & the TV has a ChromeCast attached. Please-no pets. **This space is upstairs.** "Sherwood Lake Suite" is our lower-level space and has a ground-level entrance.

We have a comfortable nearly 100-year-old bungalow home in a safe, quiet neighborhood near Washburn U., hospitals, the Capitol, convention center, downtown, the library & I-70. Your bedroom is on the first floor with a private bathroom. We can provide a pack-n-play for an infant or toddler. Our home is mostly ADA accessible, with rear parking, a lighted ADA ramp to the house, and wide doors for the entrance to the house and the bedroom. There is a 30 amp RV/EV outlet at the rear parking space.

Bedroom and full bath in lovely, quiet neighborhood. Modern, clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay. Driveway parking, full kitchen, laundry, snacks, pastries, back porch to sit on, and quiet streets to walk on. Safe, upper middle class neighborhood North of city limits. Easy access to highway and interstate. I do have two Great Danes, Atticus and Jenny (gentle giants) that are my pets and stay in the house and are generally sleeping. They are very friendly and love to be petted.
