Coin operated laundry, elevator, semi secured building, on-site management 8-5, M-F and video surveillance in common areas are just some of the practical things that make this place special! The city does not allow overnight parking on downtown streets, but there are two free well lit municipal lots each about a block from our building.

Chetwin is a charming Victorian home nestled in the trees and surrounded by lovely gardens. It is 15 minutes away from Iowa State University and Jack Trice Stadium to the north and Ankeny to the south. Spacious bedroom and common areas inside and outside there is a cozy front porch and patio in the back. This would be a perfect spot if you are visiting the college, reunions, or the area to unwind after a busy schedule.
