It has one bedroom, one bathroom (shower only, no bathtub), and a spacious living room and kitchen with all appliances except a dishwasher. A private pond is located in the pasture right outside of the shed for quiet nights relaxing and fishing. It is the perfect setting for nature and bird watching! We do allow pets for a fee. We also have an outdoor dog kennel that can be used, if needed.

You can easily get to Kearney or Grand Island by using Hwy30 which is a minute drive from this location or use I-80 which is a 5 minute drive from the cottage.
