Bike and Paddle Board Hire - Great sightseeing along the estuary trail which goes one way to Exmouth past Exton & great pub the Puffing Billy and pretty village Lympstone (also with a few good pubs). Or go the other way over the estuary past The Turf pub and Powderham castle to Dawlish or turn right after the bridge to go to Exeter Quay with some nice eateries.

Haytor is a popular Tor to scramble with kids and there are two nice pubs nearby - The Rock Inn and the other is called The Ruggleston Inn at Widdecombe-In-The-Moor. We also recommend getting a walks book and exploring the lovely local walks. Spitchwick and Newbridge are nice places to paddle and picnic. Also worth a visit are the lovely towns of Ashburton and Chagford.
