It's in a walkable area close to Ravenna, the UW, Greenlake and light rail. It's got a brand new Nectar bed, 55-inch 4k TV with Netflix/Amazon/YoutubeTV, Gigabit Wifi (200 mb), a well-equipped kitchen, comfy couch, dedicated workspace and shared access to new large washer/dryer.
