Experienced Co-Hosts must be existing Hosts or Co-Hosts with an average rating of 4.8 or more who have hosted or been part of a team that has hosted at least 10 trips on Airbnb. This platform is available in select countries worldwide to Hosts who are looking for hosting support. It’s currently available in the U.K., Australia, Canada, France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Brazil, and in the U.S.
Is my property eligible?
You’re eligible to use an experienced Co-Host if you have an entire place that you’d like to list on Airbnb, whether it’s a house or an apartment, that’s located in one of the areas where an experienced Co-Host operates. As a reminder, it’s a Host’s responsibility to make sure they know the laws and rules that apply to hosting where they are.
How do I pay my Co-Host?
You and your experienced Co-Host will agree on pricing before they get started. In many countries, you can share a part of each booking’s payout with your Co-Host through Airbnb. There are some limitations depending on your and your Co-Host’s location, or where your listing is located. Learn more
