Every coffee shop has its signature scent, but this one’s my favorite. There’s a waft of cinnamon, clove, and ginger when you walk into this feel-good café near the Canal Saint-Martin. And I think it’s probably coming from their popular vanilla spiced latte. Which I love to order along with a slice of the delicious carrot cake. They serve all kinds of beverages, but I recommend the rooibos tea: It’s the finest scented—and tasting!—tea I’ve ever had, with delicate notes of grapefruit and lime.
