This is a rocking place where they're always bringing in good bands on Saturday nights. Believe it, or not, it actually has great food which I was pleasantly surprised to learn. It's also in a fun area by the Woodlands Waterway so there are other fun places within a short walk. Baker Street is across the street and is also a live music venue that is fun but eat dinner at Mahoney's first as the food is much better than Baker Street's. Goose's Acres is good for casual food and has a great patio. Bar Louie has even better food. TRIS or Heresay for finer dining. It's a fun area and you can walk on the waterway before or after dinner.

Mahoney’s is my favorite local spot for Sunday brunch (bottomless mimosas!) and an excellent people-watching venue when you grab a table outside, as it’s on the intersection of all the Waterway walking traffic. They also have live bands every weekend.

I love this place! It’s great for live music or watching a sporting event. And only a 2 minute walk away!
