there are several boat tours. I'd go with one of the Hungarian tours. They're not as fancy, but they're cheaper and you will see the same sights - I like to support the Hungarians

The Danube boat service of BKV is part of the public transport network and enables you to admire the beauties of Budapest on a route that is part of the UNESCO World Heritage. You will pass by some of the most famous universities of Budapest, the Market Hall, the Redoute, the Danube promenade and many luxury hotels of the Hungarian capital city. The boats are available free of extra charge on working days if you are a BKK pass holder.
