Carrick-on-Shannon is now home to its first wood fired pizzeria. Sliced Wood Fired Pizza Restaurant and Take Away is now open on Main Street. Serving freshly made pizza cooked in a wood fired oven and topped with the freshest ingredients sourced from Italian Suppliers. As well as pizzas they are also serving a variety of other dishes including sandwiches, wraps, salads and burgers.
